DANA deposit and withdrawal

For withdrawals, select "Bank Transfer," choose your bank, and enter the amount. We transfer the funds back to the same bank account you used for deposits. Bank withdrawals may take 1–2 hours during business hours and up to 24 hours on weekends or holidays, depending on your bank's processing speed. Virtual accounts are ideal for larger deposits and offer full audit trails for your records.

Fees, limits and verification

tivitoto does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges—check with DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or your bank for their fee schedules. Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by account status and payment method. New accounts typically have lower limits until KYC verification is complete. Once you upload your ID and proof of address and pass our verification (usually within subject to verification), limits increase. Resolving a stalled transaction
